**๐ŸŒŸ Understanding the Link Between Stress and Obesity ๐ŸŒŸ**

Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹

As a health and wellness coach, I often encounter clients who are struggling with both stress and weight management. It's important to understand that these two issues are closely interconnected.

**How does stress lead to obesity?**

1. **Cortisol Levels:** When we're stressed, our bodies release cortisol, a hormone that increases appetite and can lead to overeating, especially cravings for sugary and fatty foods.
