This Position requires shift work at a private emergency service in the Pretoria area of Gauteng

Duties and responsibilities

Oversees and ensure operational readiness.

Call taking and dispatching of emergency vehicles.

Liaison with ambulance personnel.

Provides basic shift administration services.

Desired Experience and Qualifications.

Matric/grade 12

A valid Driver’s License

Previous call centre experience will be an advantage.

We are currently seeking to employ Advance Life Support Paramedics – ECP/NDIP/CCA

This Position requires shift work at a private emergency service in the Pretoria area of Gauteng

Duties and responsibilities

Oversees and ensure operational readiness.

Administer patient care in line with scope of practice.

Liaison with trauma staff and doctors

Provides basic shift administration services.

Desired Experience and Qualifications.

Advance Life Support Practitioner (CCA, ECP, Ndip or other relevant qualification is essential

Professional Registration with the HPCSA as an ALS/Paramedic or Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP)

A valid Driver’s License (including PDP )

Proven experience as a Paramedic or newly qualified Paramedic - 1 year's ALS operational experience will be an Advantage.

Sound knowledge of the EMS environment

Knowledge and application of the HPCSA guidelines and scope of practice

Working knowledge and experience of Patient Report Forms

Uphold high ethical and professional standards.

Respond constructively to pressure and perseveres through challenges.

Collaborate with and support colleagues in order to achieve shared goals.

Reaches sound decisions through the evaluation of relevant information.

Strive to identify and deliver on patient's needs and continuously focus on the patient experience.

proficient in the Microsoft suite

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R550 000.00 – R850 000.00 per annum
