📣 Important Update from Rêverie Wellness Clinic

At Rêverie Wellness Clinic, our priority is always to provide exceptional care and personalized attention to each and every one of you. However, we’ve noticed that an increasing number of phone consultations are taking up significant time without corresponding appointments being booked.
To continue offering high-quality care and support to all our patients, we’ll be introducing a phone consultation fee starting 30 December 2024. This fee will apply to calls that require in-depth guidance, advice, or detailed discussions about treatment plans.
Here’s why we’re making this change:
• Respect for Time: Our time on calls is valuable, and this ensures we can give every patient—including those in-clinic—the attention they deserve.
• Encouraging Appointments: In-person or virtual appointments provide the best outcomes for you, as we can assess your needs more effectively and provide the care you deserve.
• Sustainable Service: This helps us maintain fair and balanced availability for all patients.
