The su***de rate of men aged between 18-45 is three times as high as the rate of women of the same age. There is a stigma surrounding men that you are weak or less of a man if you are struggling with mental health related issues. You, as a man, are allowed to cry, to get angry, to feel low and to struggle. You are not weak, you are human.
If you feel that you can relate to any of this, reach out and speak to someone. It is time that we normalize men having the same struggles as women.
