Ter aanskoue van my "pasiënt" se mini Checkers aankope, beveel ek ñ afspraak met ñ Dieetkundige aan.Dit wil my ook voorkom asof my "pasiënt" lief is vir appels en pere. Sien geen vleis, eiers en groente in die maandelikse kos aankope nie.
