This Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, I'm opening up about a deeply personal chapter in fatherhood. When my daughter, Koa, was little, our bond didn't begin like the storybooks. I often found myself feeling like "chopped liver" as she consistently gravitated towards her mom.
Navigating that quiet sense of rejection was tough, but it taught me invaluable lessons about perseverance and love.
