1. Wear sunglasses that block 100% of UVA & UVB rays.

2. Limit direct sun exposure when UV rays are strongest, between 10am-4pm.

3. Stay hydrated and blink often to keep eyes moist.

4. Give your eyes a break from screens and bright sunlight.

5. Check your vision regularly to detect problems early.
