I had an absolute blast 💥 yesterday. If you don’t know what Hyrox is : it’s basically billed itself as the “World series of fitness racing” . There are several divisions (individual, doubles, teams of 4) and the format is always the same :

~1km run
1000m ski erg
~1km run
50m sled push (102kg women, 152kg men)
~1km run
50m sled pull (78kg women, 103kg men)
~1km run
80m burpee broad jumps
~1km run
1000m row erg
~1km run
200m farmer’s carry (2x16kg women, 2x24kg men)
~1km run
100m sandbag lunges (10kg women, 20kg men)
~1km run
100 wall balls (4kg women, 6kg men)
*Elite weights differ from above

In a team format, each team member does 2xrun and 2xstations , even with that split up work load, we were fighting for our lives at some points 🥵🥵. But were high, high-fives were higher. See you next year !

Physio’s love and angle … and we love it more when that angle improves and allows better functionality for a patient. Rehabbing a very complex elbow injury is often a give and a take in terms of range of motion , but we are winning 💛🏆.
