A big Thank you to everyone that crossed my path last year. I never expected to find myself in such beautiful warm homes and places sharing Acupuncture and Oncology Support. The body heals through what we consume. The soul heals through what we think and feel. Real healing happens when both are nourished.

Our paths crossed just over 15 years ago through Linzi Thomas from the My Life Foundation, under very different circumstances. Seeing the capacity we have as human beings to restore balance and find clarity is truly inspiring.

At the time, Sinclair was experiencing one of the most severe cases of drug-induced psychosis I had ever witnessed. It eventually reached a critical point, and I personally supported him through the process of being admitted to a state-run psychiatric facility, where he remained for an extended period. At that stage, he was unable to see how unwell he had become. Even the journey from Noupoort to Cape Town was filled with moments we could write an entire book about.

After several months of treatment, he was discharged into our care. Under close psychiatric supervision in Bloemfontein, and with the help of community, he slowly began to find his footing again.

Over the years, our relationship has evolved from one of rescue to one grounded in mutual respect, gratitude, and inspiration. Thank you, my brother, for the impact you have had on my life and for the lessons I have learned from our paths crossing all those years ago.
To learn from you and to see your passion about human design and the Gene keys is amazing and admirable.
