Everyone is welcome at our House, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, no matter your age or physical ability. Our yoga classes are led by experienced, caring teachers who will take you on a journey of self-discovery, allowing you to nourish your body and mind and connect more deeply with life.
House of Yoga’s teachers are highly qualified and bring a mix of styles including Vinyasa (incorporating Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga), Jivamukti, Yin and Restorative yoga, and Pregnancy yoga. We also offer meditation and yoga nidra, along with beginner classes and other courses and workshops.
