You made it to the end of the week.

Highlights of the week for me ✨️
● Quality time with my daughter in between patients
● 2 consecutive days of no rain
● Seeing progress with patients 🙌
● Seeing results personally within my body on this course I am doing, bringing lessons im learning from it to my patients

Happy Monday

I love this picture.
After my very large sign got put up, I rushed home exhilarated and grabbed my loved ones and drove back immediately to share in the joy.

Everyone was excited and sharing in my joy.

Needles of all sizes being used today.

Different sized needles are used to target different muscles, some muscles are more superficial than others.

Remember the use of needles is one tool physiotherapists can use to assist in your recovery, the patient and the therapist have to agree to the use of them. So if you don't like needles I won't use them. There are lots of different things to help you with you recovery.
