• Involved in a full-cycle medical billing sales process from creative lead generation, discovery and building pipeline, product demonstrations, and contract coordination, to closings with extensive individual prospecting.
• Research our competitors, stay on top of our game and discuss with management in order for us to make sure we provide the best service.
• Present Medical billing solutions from beginning to end by in-person or phone demonstrations with the help of the billing staff, depending on the practice type.
• Collaborate and establish productive relationships with key personnel within the organization to close new business and ensure that clients’ needs are being met on time.
• Good experience in generating new business and account acquisition.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Develop positive relationships with clients.
• Act as the point of contact and handle clients’ individual needs.
• Generate new business using existing and potential clients’ networks.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure sales increase.
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
• Set and track sales, aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Relay all billing reports to doctors monthly.

Other Responsibilities

• You will be required, from time to time, to assist with medical billing & credit control dependent on the workload.
• You will be required to assist with any other ad hoc requirements the company may have based on the workload.
