Our Story
My story started over 25 years ago. It is a story of love and hate, pain and sadness but most of all one of triumph and empowerment. Diets, binging and starvation were part of my everyday life until I took control back, understood my relationship with food and changed the way I thought about it. It is a story that many people share and I offer a place for others to come and heal this broken connection and start the journey to healthy eating, body image and sustainable exercise regimes.
Savvylicious empowers clients to give up the past mistakes of Monday diets, deprivation, punishment, binging, guilt and obsession and replacing these with holistic health habits that include wholesome eating, reducing stress, great night sleeps, nature movement and exercise and body/mind connection.
No more DIETS, no more pain and frustration. A new found respect for the body and it’s functions and ways to fuel it with nutritious food.
Savvylicious focuses on assisting the youth in creating a healthy body image through eduction, community engagement and real conversations. Our children are facing the worst crisis in decades - ‘having to match up to individuals on social media, to look perfect and thin’. Savvylicious aims to empower these children with a sense of confidence and ways to be themselves and unique in a time where the ‘herd’ is forced!
