✨ And so our story comes to an end… ✨

To each and every one of you – thank you from the bottom of my heart for your trust and support over the years. ❤️ It has truly been a privilege to walk alongside you on your health and wellness journey, and I will always treasure the memories, progress, and connections made.

But now for the exciting news! 🎉
From the 1st of September, the practice will continue under the care of Joané Oosthuizen of Oosthuizen Biokinetics. You can look forward to fresh energy, new exercises, and an expanded range of services that will keep you moving, motivated, and stronger than ever!

Here’s to new beginnings and continued growth 🌱 💪🏻

You don't have to pick up and move to a different climate. There's plenty you can do at home to relieve joint pain!

• When temperatures drop, try to keep yourself warm. Take warm showers or baths, and dress in layers during the day. 🧥

• Keep a healthy weight and stay active. Try exercises that are gentle on your joints. 🧘🏻‍♀️
