Are you experiencing pain in your jaw? Is it sore when you have been chewing? Or are you finding that you are clenching or grinding your teeth while you sleep? You may be suffering from TMJ syndrome also known as temporomandibular pain.

How do I manage this pain that seems so overwhelming at times?
- Use an ice pack over the affected area to provide some relief
- Avoid chewy food like toffees and gum
- When you are having a flare-up, consider eating softer varieties of food
