This quotation might cause some of us to cringe.
Six years ago, it certainly would have ruffled my feathers. I was convicted that people with poorly controlled chronic illness, brought upon themselves the issues, due to non-compliance to medical treatments… prescribed by experts.

When I first read words like this, I was astonished. The writer was well-known for her wisdom in Biblical truths, and I respected her insights, but these kinds of statements seemed to discredit her sanity from a medical perspective. And yet I embarked on praying about it. The more I pleaded with God for wisdom, the more convicted I became that these words were true. “It is better to trust the Lord, than to put your trust in man. It is better to trust the Lord, than to put your trust in princes.”

Today I can testify that when my patients learn how to live in harmony with the laws of health that our Creater established at the very birth of humanity, the need for medications deminish steadily, and many of those who wholeheartedly take hold of healthful daily living, faithfully abstaining from that which is harmful, find healing in nature’s remedies that is simply impossible to attain through man-maid treatments.

It has been a blessing to witness lives transformed, and to see the handiwork of our Creator and Re-creator!
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding…”

🤍 Today I’m sharing a thought that lies close to my heart…🤍

For most people, the holiday season already feels like a distant memory. During the past festive season, our little family stayed home, and our work didn’t stop for even a single day. We then decided to visit family during January, before our flight to Fiji.

Even during the week we’ve just spent with my dad, we still had to work most of the time. Urgent health questions and requests for help, did not subside.

Sometimes it truly feels as though there is no end in sight. The responsibilities of this world can weigh heavily on us, and they take a toll on our health. And especially when it’s time to say goodbye again—feeling the sadness of leaving precious family behind and driving away—it is only our Heavenly Father who can bring true peace. 😔❤️‍🩹

Our Great Physician spoke with His own mouth and promised rest to all who come to Him. May we find our rest in Him—rest that cannot be found anywhere else on this earth. 🙏🏻✨

For many years, I was convinced that serious disease could not heal without medication. My heart truly went out to the “poor and needy” who live far from hospitals, doctors, and modern medical care—suffering and dying without help.

Then I came across writings from Christians who deeply understood the character of a loving Heavenly Father. And then, it dawned on me like bright rays of light.

Does it really make sense that God would create a world without solutions—where people must flock to crowded cities, filled with noise, pollution, crime, and artificial living, just to find healing? Does it align with His character to create humans, place them in the nature He spoke into existence, and then allow those who live closest to that natural life to be worse off in health?

Certainly this does *not* make sense.

So began my journey of discovery.

I came to see God as truly all-mighty, all-powerful, and all-loving. He loves humanity so deeply that He gave His only Son for us. Would He then leave us helpless? At the mercy of human inventions that “help,” yet harm at the same time? Do God’s solutions carry hidden risks?

When He says, *“I will help you”* (Isaiah 41:10) and *“I will restore health to you”* (Jeremiah 30:17), is He saying, “I will help you for now, but slowly damage your body in the process”?

Certainly. Not.

After five years of deeper study into the medicinal remedies found in nature—direct from the hand of our Creator—I praise God for healing solutions beyond my wildest dreams. Solutions that are accessible even in the most rural places, far from what we call “civilization.” He did not wait for thousands of years before allowing humanity to discovery the “best healing solutions”. No! He created healing remedies even before the first disease developed. He is always ahead, never behind.

God’s health solutions are not limited by money, medical systems, or human scientific discovery. He is infinitely able to do above and beyond all we ask or imagine.

May you rest in His blessings and His provision. 🙏

I love my coffee plunger!!

We don’t drink ☕️ coffee anymore - amongst other reasons because of the 30-40% reduction in frontal love blood flow caused by as little as one cup of coffee … (effect lasting for a few hours 😱😱)

But my coffee plunger works brilliantly for herbal teas.

Add a loose-leaf tea mix of your choice (about 1-3 heaped teaspoons per 600ml water) and add hot water. Steep for 10-15min. 🧊Cool and add ice for hot summer days, and serve with a dash of 🍋lemon if you like.

Some teas do better simmering for just a few minutes on low heat. But here are some nice quick options for everyday herbal health:

🫖 camomile - soothing & sleep
🫖 lemon grass - detox & headache
🫖 lemonbalm - calming & digestion
🫖 mint - indigestion soother & pain
🫖 echinacea - immune-booster
🫖 feverfew - headaches
🫖 oregano & rosemary combo - antibiotic, antifungal
🫖 hibiscus - bloodpressure control & immune booster

And the list goes …..on!

So have a cuppa of God’s healing herbs. Enjoy!☘️🌱

🌅 This morning, I am once again encouraged by God’s blessings.
In all things—even when we don’t see it—He has our best interests at heart. He promised us so clearly in **Jeremiah 29:11**:

| “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

📖 Throughout His Word, again and again, God reminds us that we can trust His love and His mercy toward us. One beautiful quote written many years ago says it so simply:

| He [God] does not require them [us] to give up anything that it would be for their [our] best interest to retain. (CE 67.1)

✨ Is that not precious?

When I first began studying natural remedies, I was skeptical—to say the least. But more and more, I’m reminded that nothing God has created for our healing and health can be improved upon by human research or construction. Nothing at all.

💛 May you be encouraged today by His goodness, His provision, and His unfailing love.
