All Masculines and Feminines will get benefit from listening to this. Unintentionally there is a cycle of the wounded masculine and feminine that we pass on from generation to generation. As a Mom who has poured my life and soul into healing self and others I am deeply saddened when I realise that my wounded relationship with the masculine has impacted my son at deep levels. This I only realised when I reached a certain level of healing in myself and He started becoming a man. We owe it not only to ourselves and our children but to generation to come. When we can be in relationship with a healthy and healed inner child our relationships will prosper.

Our Story

Although Lara has always followed a more natural way of living, she was captivated by the astounding results of Reiki when she found herself with post natal depression soon after her daughter was born in 2003. It was then that she decided she needed to follow her new passion and left her career in Financial Management and qualified as a Bio Energy Healer and Reiki Master. From there her passion grew from strength to strength as she qualified as a Zentai Therapist and Nutritional Consultant. Lara is now a qualified and practicing Counsellor as well as an Internationally Accredited Master NLP Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Time-Line Therapist and Neurolinguistic Programmer. Lara achieves exciting results with her clients and offers a very supportive transformational journey with each client. Lara works with clients across the globe. Lara is also a published author.
