To understand.

To be present.
To take a stand.

Today, a couple of us learnt how to use K Tape (kinesiology tape) to help with areas like drooling, facial palsy, muscle pain (like TMJ pain), open mouth posture, voice difficulties, swallowing difficulties...the list goes on. The only challenge we experienced is not laughing while practicing taping each other. 😂

What a lovely tool, to supplement our recent training on oromyofunctional disorders.
