10th of October - World Mental Health Day
All feelings are valid. Your mental health is a priority, just as much as your physical health is. Each emotion plays a vital role in understanding ourselves and the world around us.
Our experiences shape the way we perceive ourselves and others. Making time for our mental health allows us to process our experiences and allows us to see things more clearly.
Being healthy doesn't mean ONLY experiencing the "positive" emotions. Healthy means being able to experience the easier and the difficult emotions and recognizing that there is space for both.
Struggles make us human, being human means allowing ourselves and others to grow and be, with grace and kindness.
