Ingredients:

π« some ginger
π 1/2 lemon
π 1 apple
Blend together for a delicious fresh juice for the day.

As much as I love juices, remember that you need to always balance them out with some protein and a good fat because they are quick and easy for the body to digest and generally have higher sugar than if you eat the ingredients raw.
