LOOK AT THOSE AWESOME PHYSIQUES.
VERY PROUD OF THEM.
JACQUES 2ND IN A VERY TOUGH MR. PHYSIGUE LINE-UP.
WONDERFULL 2ND IN A TOUGH MENS BODYBUILDING LIGHT WEIGHT DEVISION LINE-UP.
QUINTIN 2ND IN THE MR. ATHLETIC LINE-UP.
CAN YOU BELIEVE THE SAME OFFICIALS ALLOWING HIM TO COMPETE IN THAT LINE-UP EMBARRASSED HIM ON STAGE BY TELLING HIM HE IS TOO BIG FOR THAT DIVISION, HENCE THE REASON HE WAS PLACED 2ND.....HOW SAD.!!!!
WE ARE PROUD OF YOU QUINTIN YOU HANDLED IT WELL.
QUINTON WENT ON AND STOOD IN THE MENS BODYBUILDING HEAVY WEIGHT DEVISION AND TOOK A FIRST.
I SINCERELY BELIEVE HE WAS VERY UNLUCKY NOT TO HAVE WON THE OVERALL .
HOWEVER I DO NOT BELIEVE IN A OVERALL WINNER AS YOU MUST COMPARE APPLES WITH APPLES.
WINNERS FROM DIFFERENT DIVISIONS SHOULD NOT BE COMPARED FOR AN OVERALL WINNER.
VERY PROUD OF OUR MEN.!!!!
BESIDES THEIR PLACINGS WITHOUT DOUBT THE BEST POLISHED POSERS ON STAGE.

BETTER BODIES EXTEND OUR BEST WISHES TO QUINTIN, WONDERFULL AND JACQUES COMPETING THIS SATERDAY IN THE IBFF BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS IN WESTVILLE.
NOW COVERED BUT WOULD LIKE TO SHOW YOU WHAT IS BENEATH THOSE JACKECTS.

34 Years today.
All Glory and Thanks to OUR HEAVELY FATHER for His Blessings upon Better Bodies 1/9/1988 >>> 1/9/2022 and for all the many years to come.
a Great thanks to all those who encouraged me to open a gym.
Late Pastor Haswell who played a major role in getting me to start and to trust God in this venture.
My friend Louis Theunissen ( Boeta) who played a major role, We started together after 3 months spending many long hours together getting the gym ready in a building which was in a horrible state with a Landlord who would not give you ice in winter.
I salute him !! Dankie Boeta!!!!
A massive thankyou to all the staff we had over the past 34 years.
You played a major role and contributed to the success.
WOW!! and then all the members we had over the many years, a thankfull heart ,without you NO GYM!! Bless you all.
To the current members , we are thankfull, your contribution to the awesome/pleasant atmosphere in the gym is appreciated.
To the current Staff: You are VERY SPECIAL, we appreciate you!!.
