⏱️🤸🏼♂️Around 60 hours into my reset fast — and my first time going beyond 48 hours in quite a while.
According to fasting research timelines like this one, this stage is where insulin levels are significantly lower and the body is moving more deeply into repair mode. Earlier phases include increased fat-burning, cellular clean-up processes (autophagy), and recycling of damaged proteins.
Every body responds differently, and fasting timelines are guides rather than exact switches — but what I notice personally at this stage is improved clarity, steadier energy, and a renewed sense of trust in what the body can do when given the right support.
Extended fasting isn’t about extremes. It’s about creating space for metabolic reset, reducing inflammation, supporting immune function, and gently breaking patterns like sugar dependence.
If you’re exploring fasting for digestive health, metabolic balance, immune concerns or simply a structured reset, I’m always happy to guide you safely.
Have you ever tried fasting beyond 24 hours?
