Yes, you can actually eat a wide variety of foods that you like and maintain a healthy weight or lose weight. We can calculate your daily caloric requirements based on information you provide (or do it for you during a personal consultation), and then supply you with plans that you can adopt for life. We can provide general plans based on daily/weekly caloric requirements or design plans specific to YOU and your eating, exercise (or lack thereof), and food preference patterns. There is no reason to exclude certain food groups from your diet or deprive yourself of foods you like to eat, unless you’re suffering from a specific condition, intolerance, allergy or disease. Whilst this may sound too good to be true, it’s a fact! There’s a reason why the proverbial catch phrase of “everything in moderation” exists. Self-help and self-learning, combined with balanced, healthy eating is the key to your health and wealth for future years. Nutrition means synergy between various diets choices is needed and must always be considered.
