Thought I would share this for people who don't know what Reiki is or what to expect during a Reiki session. At the moment I am only taking bookings for Tuesday to Thursday sessions 17:30 - 18:30. Full Reiki session R300.00

Reiki is a form of energy healing. Though science hasn’t yet discovered the mechanism behind why and how it works, research has documented health benefits associated with it. It may help improve sleep, lessen pain, and decrease anxiety and depression.

WHAT ARE CHAKRAS?

Chakra means disk or wheel and refers to energy centres in your body. These spinning energy disks each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs.

There are about 114 chakras in the body but over the next few days I'm going to discuss the 7 main ones, where they are loacated and what is associated with each chakra.

I willl also discuss what happens when these chakras are blocked and how with reiki we can unblock them to maintain the energy flow through our body.
