A little moment to slow down… together. 🐻✨

In our Mama Bear (Mommy) & Me class, you and your little one are invited into a gentle forest adventure — moving, breathing and simply being side by side.

Through playful yoga, partner poses and quiet moments of rest, this class creates space for connection, confidence and calm — for both of you.

A space to share smiles, to soften, and to remind your child (and yourself) that you are safe, supported and held.

I had the privilege of meeting and attending this work in Bali last year, and it left a lasting impression — offering simple, powerful tools to regulate the body and gently unwind stress patterns.
