A special week ahead at the studio.

This Wednesday we begin the Awaken Your Sadhana Challenge with 5:30am practice — an invitation to return to rhythm and devotion through daily practice.

And this weekend we celebrate 🎉
On Sunday 15 March the studio turns 7.

Awaken Your Sadhana is a 21-day guided journey to help you develop the habit of waking earlier — and to create a sustainable morning practice through yoga, breathwork and meditation.
