Today, we know better. We’ve traded "shame and starve" for science and self-care, acknowledging that healthy bodies will (in all likelihood) also have cellulite.

Just checking in with your reminders for today:
• There's more to life than having abs.
• Your health is more important than your jean size.
• No amount of dieting & cardio will fix a body when the underlying hormones or biological signals are out of balance. ⚖️
