Filler Complication: Vascular Occlusion (VO)

When consulting with your doctor, you MUST be informed of what filler you are receiving. Is the filler from a reliable company? How long does it last? AND… what are the potential complications?

Why? Well, any treatment with a medical aesthetic device carries potential side effects and complications. In celebration of World Cancer Day on 4 February, we're encouraging our clients and followers to show their support for those fighting cancer by wearing a ribbon.

Remember there are many different coloured ribbons that represent individual cancers. We’ll be wearing a red ribbon to raise awareness for all blood cancers.

January is Cervical Health Awareness month and we have a very important question for the ladies: Do you go for your pap smear tests regularly?

It’s recommended that ladies between 21 and 65 get pap tested every 3 years usually. Remember, prevention is always better than cure, and detecting cervical cancer early is made possible by pap smears.

NB: Cervical cancer is highly treatable if caught in the early stages!
