WW Honeycrisp Apple Broccoli Salad – Crisp, Creamy & Irresistible!
Ingredients Needed
For the Salad:
4 cups broccoli florets, chopped – raw for crunch, or lightly blanched if you prefer

1 large Honeycrisp apple, diced – sweet, crisp, and the star of this dish 🍎

1/2 cup dried cranberries – adds chewy tartness (look for reduced-sugar if on WW)

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts – for nutty crunch

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced – adds a savory bite
