KEY OUTPUTS
Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, mopping, restroom cleaning etc., soap dispensers, towel dispensers)
Carry out special cleaning projects when required
Notify management of occurring deficiencies / need for repairs
Follow prescribed health and safety regulations as set out by the line manager
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of Grade 8 or equivalent qualification
Prior cleaning experience in a hospital theatre facility will be an advantage
Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Willingness to work shift in accordance with the requirements of the unit
The ability to adhere consistently to standards
Exhibits full responsibility for own work output
