Physical activity is the core of pulmonary rehabilitation, with guided exercise sessions two to three days a week. We will ensure you perform exercises safely, beginning with short, manageable routines and gradually building strength over time. Sessions may last from 30 minutes to one hour, depending on your exercise tolerance. Throughout the session, we closely monitor your breathing and ask questions based on how you feel as you progress, to ensure that the level of activity/intensity is appropriate.
