If you have this formula at home with batch number 51660742F3 (Best Before: 15 Dec 2026), *DO NOT USE IT*.

This batch may contain a toxin harmful to babies.

Stop feeding immediately and return the product to the retailer.

Contact your healthcare provider urgently if baby has been given this formula and shows 🏥
• vomiting
• diarrhoea (runny tummy)
• lethargy (no energy)
• or unusual symptoms
