A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed towards our Sanitary Pads Drive in support of Save the Dignity of our School Girls.
Because of your kindness and generosity, we collected an amazing 1 024 sanitary pads packs to donate 🙌

💙 International Epilepsy Day 💙

Today we stand together to raise awareness about epilepsy and support those living with it. Epilepsy is a neurological condition that can affect anyone — and with the right care, it can be managed.

✨ Know the symptoms:
• Repeated seizures
• Sudden loss of consciousness
• Uncontrollable jerking or shaking
• Blank staring spells
• Confusion or unusual behaviour after an episode

🚨 When to seek help:
• If someone has a first-time seizure
• Seizures lasting longer than 5 minutes
• Repeated seizures without recovery in between
• Injury, breathing difficulty, or if the person is pregnant

💊 Medication matters:
Taking epilepsy medication exactly as prescribed is one of the most important ways to prevent seizures. Skipping doses or stopping medication suddenly can be dangerous. Always speak to your doctor or pharmacist before making any changes.
