•Ukucindezeleka

Kunezici eziningana ezandisa ingozi yezimo zempilo yengqondo nokuzibulala kwabesilisa. Amaqembu alandelayo angase abe sengozini enkulu kunamanye:

•Amadoda amadala, amhlophe: Amadoda amhlophe aneminyaka engu-85 nangaphezulu asengozini enkulu yokuzibulala. Amadoda amaningi kulesi sibalo sabantu afa ngokuzibulala minyaka yonke kunanoma yiliphi elinye iqembu ngokobudala, ubulili, noma uhlanga.

•Amadoda ahlangabezane nokuhlukumezeka: Izehlakalo ezibuhlungu, ezifana nokulwa noma ukuba isisulu sokuhlaselwa, zandisa ingcuphe yokuba nenkinga yangemva kokuhlukumezeka kwengqondo (PTSD).
