It was such a pleasure to give this lovely young patient her smile back. She broke her front tooth years ago and due to it sticking out, it bore the brunt of the impact. After being fixed over the years and eventually losing it over a month ago, we did a fibre reinforced composite bridge for her, giving her a beautiful straight smile! Some things are a blessing in disguise!

Do you know there's a tooth under the replacement? Our patient had a lovely smile except for the placement of her canine, which was way inside. Without removing the tooth, we manipulated composite to allow her to have a full smile. It takes a lot of skill to ensure her tooth doesn't impede her bite and of course each case is different.

This child ran into a wall and broke his front tooth. The tooth was sticking out slightly so bore the brunt of the impact. We did a composite restoration and he's back to smiling.

This patient was tired of her gold crown and she had a space between her teeth she wished to close. Using composite resin, we fixed the space and replaced the crown. Result: beautiful smile for a happy patient.

This is such a satisfying result. The patient initially put in all the gold, two gold crowns and a "T" inlay, because he had spaces in between his teeth. When one crown came off, we restored the tooth back to original (right lateral incisor) spurring him to remove the other gold inlays. He was thrilled with the results.

We removed her gold in 2015 as shown on the bottom of these three photos. When the patient came in recently, her teeth still looked so good.
