A fibre reinforced composite bridge to help this patient smile more widely. If you look carefully, we actually built two premolars to close the space naturally and the colour was matched 100 percent.

This is something we find alot with patients who have done their gold crowns and inlays many years ago. The damage on the teeth can be quite scary to look at. Luckily this patient had no sensitivity or pain and was thrilled with her new smile.

Tricky, tricky, tricky...slightly rotated, a close bite and a big space calls for some careful proportions. Luckily we were able to close the space by building up the canine as well.

For years, this patient has been wanting to close her midline diastema. We finally did it and she was so much more confident in her smile. She said she can finally smile with her mouth not closed!

Enjoy this latest transformation. It's a combination of fibre reinforced composite bridges and composite veneers. The patient was so young but forced to wear a denture and we were able to fix that for her.
