Kwa'indi We are crazy-passionate about the mineral content of our food, we specialise in supporting local nutritional farming and vegetable box deliveries

Kwa'indi has a serious desire to collaborate about the nutritional content of the source of the food we diligently prepare for our families every day. We want to encourage and support local farmers whose products are not only rich in taste and flavour, but are also GOOD for us.. There is no sense in brilliant flavour but zero minerals - which is the case once pesticides,
insecticides, hormones

& fertilisers - as well as long-shelf-life - have occurred. You-are-what-you-eat has never been more appropriate than here-and-now ! Think about this: You-are-what-Your-food-eats ! So we are keeping our dialogue simple, taking it slowly, and patiently spreading the word with our snippets of information which will assist you along the path of accumulating general knowledge and awareness.
