"Healing circles consist of people who sit together I a connective circle, in contemplation and care committed to helping each others healing.

A healing circle is like a compass that can help us self regulate in orientating us in the inner and outer worlds as we move through life.

When you come to a place where you feel stuck in your life reflect on whether you are stuck Ina mental emotional, physical, or spiritual place. Is it and inner or outer place of stickiness.
Sometimes the answer is not in front of you, and you have to circle back to your roots.

Having difficulty moving forward is part of our journey. We often think we need to always be progressing however we experience cycles ,gentle ebs and flows as does the moon, sun and seasons.

Healing circles are safe havens. They help us step out of our ordinary time into a safe and accepting space in which we can explore our healing a connect with our subtle self, our non physical body that envelopes each person .

Dr Bianca Naidoo is an easygoing vibrant person, born and bred along the warm coastlines of KZN. She immediately started with Medical School at the University of the KwaZulu Natal post matriculation from Northlands Girls High School, and graduated in 2012. Her two years of internship were completed at Tygerberg Hospital in the Western Cape and in 2015 she started her Community Service at the Department of Defence, serving the South African National Army, Navy and Airforce, advancing to Captain.

She then resolved to experience a year as an Emergency and Trauma Doctor throughout our Private Institutes in KZN which enabled her to complete courses and gain ample experience and knowledge in Advanced Life Support , Advanced Pediatric Life Support,Trauma Life Support, Neonatal Life Support and Emergency Surgical Skills. Bianca Naidoo has worked in Institutes like Netcare St. Augustine’s Hospital, Lenmed eThekwini Heart Hospital, Busamed Hillcrest Private Hospital, Ahmed ALKADI Hospital, Victoria Medi Clinic, to name a few.

As of December 2017 she took over from Dr Neetu Moodliar at North Beach Medical Centre, to settle down in General Family Practice. She reports that the center encourages evidence based medicine due to the onsite availability of pathology lab ( Ampath ) and radiology services, patients are able to receive accurate diagnosis and effective care according to their needs. She reports that time and effort is put toward managing patients with chronic illnesses such as Diabetes, Hypertension, HIV, Lupus, Arthritis etc such that many patients report vast improvement on their followups.

Dr Bianca Naidoo is a child friendly female family practitioner who makes an effort to establish relationships with her patients and their families. In addition to her knowledge and expertise in allopathic therapy, she practices preventative healthcare and holistic medicine so that upon recovery, her patients are empowered with knowledge to maintain their health.

Above everything else, Dr Bianca Naidoo has set her self apart from other practitioners by offering special home visits within a 10 km radius of the Medical Centre. The visits will cover hotels, residential sites , retirement homes , police stations and companies. Doctor would be accompanied to go with a nurse or a manager on these visits.

Doctor Naidoo reaches out to the community on Sundays with her mobile health clinic accompanied by a nurse to render her services. She is determined to make a difference .

Her take on the current healthcare in KZN is that patients struggle to find high quality cost effective medical services readily available to them. Her aim is to alleviate the occurrence of hospitalization due to complications of chronic diseases by early detection, effective treatment and prevention. She is also committed toward health education as apposed to the old school doctrine of dictating medical regimes without imparting guidance and knowledge to the patient. She is a reputable doctor who is currently still working at the hospitals after hours and well known amongst some of our top specialists in KZN, which makes specialist referrals and hospitalization effortless, should the need arise.
