Recipe spotlight: 🥞✨ Craving something cozy and fluffy, but have no eggs in the fridge?
Say hello to our Easy Vegan Crumpets - soft on the inside, golden on the outside, and begging to be topped with nut butter, fruit, or a cheeky drizzle of maple.

You'll need:
🥞1 1/2 cups flour (we used gluten free, but oat or regular all-purpose flour can be used)
🥞1 tablespoon baking powder
🥞1/2 teaspoon salt
🥞1 tablespoon erythritol or sweetener of choice
🥞1 cup of milk (almond, oat or coconut milk)
🥞1/2 cup water

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. Pour the milk and water into the bowl with the dry ingredients, and stir with a large spoon until just combined. A few lumps are okay; do not over mix or your pancakes won't be as fluffy.
3. Heat a large griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Grease the pan with vegan butter or coconut oil, and drop about 1/3 cup of the batter onto it.
4. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 1-2 minutes. Repeat with all the remaining batter.
5. Serve with vegan butter, pure maple syrup or honey and perhaps some fresh fruit.

Immune system need a boost? 🍏🥬 Blend your way to better health with our go-to green smoothie — packed with superfoods and immunity boosters. Try this for at least 2 weeks, and you'll notice an energy and gut glow up (we've tested this).

Ingredients:
2 golden or green apples
1/3 cucumber
Handful of spinach
1-2 celery sticks
150ml coconut water (for sweetness)
100ml water
4 mint leaves
A tiny piece ginger root
1/2 avocado (makes it way creamier and exciting)

Our Story

At D&A Health our aim is to provide superior quality health & sports products that help people succeed in achieving a healthy lifestyle.

After an illustrious cycling career came to a halt when he was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Dean Collier discovered the Ketogenic Diet and how it had helped people with numerous health problems. After six (6) months, he became less fatigued, experienced better cognitive and physical performance and noticed a positive change in his physique. This was massively assisted together with a positive attitude, less stress, and pacing himself.

Now he and his wife, Alessandra, run this family owned business supplying vital products relating to sports, health and wellness, so that others may experience the same benefits and be able to monitor their Ketogenic lifestyle by offering testing equipment they can use in the comfort of their own home.
