FITCAMP is very excited to announce its first indoor bootcamp academy in Westville. FITCAMP offers a group bootcamp workout session with a combination of strength, cardio, flexibility and functional training. Our 3 qualified FITCAMP instructors, who will be present every session, will provide you with the best workout every time. On enrolling you will receive 8 bootcamp sessions per month PLUS monthly body assessments, a nutrition plan, training program, weekly weigh in, a T shirt as well as a supplement shaker! Every action has consequences. Can you eat pizza while on a fat loss program? Yes, as long as you know it could slow down, stop, or reverse your fat loss results. You are an adult. A lot of this is common sense. If you choose to sit on the couch rather than do your workout after a hard day’s work, then realize that you will not be getting closer to your goals. If you choose to eat 1500 calories worth pizza and drink 600 calories of soda as you sit on the couch after a hard day’s work, then accept the consequences, because you will gain weight. Your results are your responsibility.

If you want to track your fat loss progress, you must take measurements. EYES LIE. You can't gauge progress looking in the mirror.
