- Your Pregnancy Journey (scans, doctor visits, tests, birthing options, baby feeding choices, pregnancy vaccines & baby immunisations)

• 👶 Birth & Baby Preparation Course: 28–36 Weeks, 11–2pm (3 hrs)
o Topics Covered:
- Labour Explained (when to come to hospital, stages of labour, pain relief etc.)
- After Birth Care for Mom (bleeding, pain, wound care, breast care)
- Newborn Care (feeding, bathing, cord care, jaundice, birth registration, immunisations)
- Tour of Maternity Unit after class

On 02 March 2026, City Hospital gathered for a heartfelt and intimate farewell to honour the incredible career of Dr. B Bhagwan, Neurologist, after an incredible 40 years. It was deeply moving to hear stories of his life in medicine, his excellence, dedication, and unwavering commitment to his patients. His camaraderie with colleagues, his mentorship of nurses and doctors, and his tireless contributions to medical education have left an indelible mark on our hospital and the future of healthcare in our country.

On behalf of all of us at JMH, we extend our warmest wishes to Dr. Bhagwan as he embarks on this new chapter. May these golden years be filled with joy, rest, and fulfilment.
