Receptionist job offer

We are looking for a vibrant individual to join our growing team at prevacare Dental.

Must be outspoken and able to work under pressure to keep up with the requirements of our expanding practice.

Must have previous experience in dental or medical administrative / receptionist roles with reliable references.

Duties and responsibilities include:

-Liaising with medical aids, checking benefits and obtaining authorization.

-Diary management of appointments

-responding to patient queries via phone calls,email and all social media accounts.

-drawing up of treatment plans and invoices

-patient record keeping/updating

-general administration and management of front of office

- Cash recording

Must have experience with excel, word and medical billing systems is an advantage.

A competitive basic salary will be offered with room for loads of growth as our practice is currently expanding !
