Get your summer body ready by joining us for four weeks of discipline, training and commitment!

Training dates are 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd August 2025 and the times are 6am, 7.15am or 8.30am.

Price is R1000 for the four weeks 👏🏻 Winner will receive R5000.

The challenge will take place at our gym shop 5 - 59 Kensington Drive, Durban North 💪🏻
