Celebration of Freedom:

What do we want to delete/ or infuse more into the world? πŸ€”

The truth is if you want more of something, do more of that...ie if you want more love, be more loving, if you want kindness, be more kind, if you want to be heard, do more listening,if you want more connection, connect more etc. The more we are a certain way, the more of that radiates out into the world, good or badπŸ€”

Today is Freedom Day in South Africa! πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦

Let us examine closely in ourselves, what unresolved issues we have preventing us from living a free life, unbiased, without prejudice, connecting and kindπŸ’— Wishing you all a beautiful day and life of freedomπŸ’š

Happy Earthday everyone!πŸŒŽπŸ’—πŸŒ»πŸ¦
Biophilia, noun:
A love of life and the living world; the affinity of human beings for other life forms.

Earth Day 22 April 2026. The world has celebrated Earth Day every April 22nd for over 50 years. This global celebration is a chance for individuals and communities to do their part to help restore our Earth, but protecting the planet takes more than just one day of action. We need to celebrate and make everyday earth day; we can live true to the values we believe in, respecting and valuing each other, our family and our friends of all species.

One of the most powerful and important ways we can help our planet, ourselves and all life on the planet is by greening our diet. Switching to plants. In addition we can avoid products with toxic chemicals; ; ditch single use plastics and be gentle and mindful of all our choices making sure they are kind and do no harm.

Happy Earth Day everyday 🌱🌎

CORTISOL😎

Cortisol is often misunderstood as just a 'stress hormone,' but it's essential for our daily functioning. It helps wake us up, respond to dangers, and manage inflammation. However, the real challenge arises when cortisol levels stay elevated, turning an essential hormone into a potential problem. By learning how to regulate cortisol, such as through long exhales or reducing smartphone use before bedtime, we can significantly improve our well-being and stress levels.

Skipping meals or scrolling social media late at night may seem harmless, but they can actually trigger cortisol spikes. Our bodies perceive hunger as a survival emergency, and social media as a source of conflict, elevating cortisol levels. This can lead to suppressed immunity and increased fat storage, particularly around the midsection. Understanding these triggers helps us take practical steps to balance our cortisol levels and enhance our health.
