In the early hours of Tuesday morning, Mobi-Claw911โs Control Room received an emergency panic activation from one of our newly integrated Jag Security Alarm Monitoring clients in Penhill Place, Kloof. The client reported an ongoing attempted break-in at their residence.

Upon receipt of the panic, our Upper Highway Response Partner, Community Ops Security (C.O.P.S), was immediately dispatched to the scene. Responders arrived promptly and found that the propertyโs perimeter electric fence had been cut, indicating a clear attempt to gain entry.
Despite the breach, the suspects were unable to enter the residence. A secondary armed response vehicle was deployed to assist with the area search, as well as members of the neighbourhood watch who joined the search. Approximately an hour later, two suspects were located and apprehended, and found in possession of bolt cutters.
The suspects were detained by responders and subsequently handed over to South African Police Service for processing.
