As a pediatrician, one of the most common nutrition concerns I see isn’t “not eating enough” it’s not eating balanced🍊

A simple way to assess your child’s meal:
✔️ A source of protein (eggs, chicken, yoghurt, beans)
✔️ A source of fibre (fruit or vegetables)
✔️ A smart carbohydrate (whole grains for steady energy)
✔️ A healthy fat (avocado, nut butter, seeds)

Balanced meals help support:✨
• Steady energy levels
• Concentration at school
• Immune function
• Healthy growth
