To emphasise that SAFETY IS PERSONAL, Grashyo Health & Safety designed unique methodologies of “Heart-to-Heart Conviction” safety interventions such as Live To Tell Keynote Address, Operational Safety Excellence (OSE), and Workplace Culture Lifestyle Activities (WCL).
Grashyo Health & Safety is a proud partner of the VISION ZERO initiative.
1. Live To Tell Keynote Address
The Live to Tell Safety Awareness was established after the tragedy that occurred in 2008.
Mdu Mathenjwa worked as a Plant Processor when a mixture of Sulphuric acid and Nitric acid exploded on him, most of his body sustained third-degree burns. Mdu after that spent approximately seven months in hospitalisation and rehabilitation.
After having suffered, to date; physical, emotional pain and the likes, Mdu has lived to tell his story to all sectors of manufacturing industries, including miners. His primary emphasis is to instil the fact that safety is not only for business; safety is personal, too. The program shares the consequences of being a victim of workplace injuries: Their job changes, self-esteem changes, family changes, and society changes.
Live to Tell Methodology
Live to Tell is designed to overcome safety tragedies that keep fluctuating with negativity. It is the Brain behind Operational Behaviour.
Heart-to-Heart conviction is done through the ex-victim of the tragedy delivering a keynote address; sharing the consequences of being a victim of any incident in the workplace.
We strongly believe that the solution of ours will give birth to “zero harm’’ results and that it will add so much value to your company.

2. Operational Safety Excellence (OSE)
Grashyo Health & Safety designed the all-new-in-the--safety-world, Operational Safety
Excellence (OSE). Having not moved from our core business, which is Operational Behaviour, we are proud to introduce a model that recognises the blind spot that causes workplace incidents. . .
THE HEART.
THE CONTENT OF THIS SERVICE IS TAILOR-MADE TO BECOMING AN INGREDIENT TO ANY SAFETY INTERVENTION IN YOUR ORGANISATION.
Methodology
The methodology used to achieve the proposed Operational Safety Excellence (OSE) is talor-making the Safety Ambassador initiatives. Here, physical appearances on your site, articles, WhatsApp Messages, posters, and videos of Mdu Mathenjwa, who is the victim of a workplace incident are introduced to your staff members.
As an ingredient to your safety procedures and processes, we guarantee to build responsible operators in your organisation, minimising forced efforts.
3. Workplace Culture Lifestyle (WCL)
Another expertly designed and developed service by Grashyo Health & Safety is Workplace
Culture Lifestyle (WCL), which received positive feedback from organisations that have experienced the service.
