We’re Hiring | School Facilitator (1:1 Support)
📍 Salt Rock / Ballito Area
Roots To Wings Academy (RTWA) is seeking a caring, patient, and committed School Facilitator to provide 1:1 in-school support to a neurodiverse learner.
🧩 Role Purpose:
To support a child within the school environment, ensuring their emotional well-being, participation, and learning needs are met throughout the school day. The facilitator will offer individual attention when needed, assist with regulation, and support inclusion in classroom and school activities.
✨ Requirements:
• Degree or qualification in Psychology, Teaching, or a related field
• Experience working with neurodiverse children
• Ability to provide calm, consistent, and responsive support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must reside in the Salt Rock / Ballito area
• Must have own car and be able to drive
