As part of 1 of 4 community health events, our team proudly provided FREE glucose testing & blood pressure checks to our valued seniors 🩺
✔️ Over 60 patients assisted
✔️ One-on-one consultations & health assessments
✔️ Guided care from our professional, qualified nurses
