SWEDISH MASSAGE TECHNIQUES. Duration: Two days. 8.30am -12.30pm. If you have no previous massage experience and wish to learn the benefits of massage therapy, then this module is for you. You will learn basic massage techniques via hands-on learning and with a basic manual covering application of techniques. Areas covered include neck, back, chest, abdomen, arms, legs and feet. There is a strong focus on the practical aspects of massage techniques and at the completion of the workshop you will have sufficient ability to perform a full body massage. Outline:

Treat post-surgical clients: Learn specialized techniques for clients with liposuction, mastectomy, and other surgeries. * MYOFASCIAL DECOMPRESSION Level 1 ( Dry cupping therapy)**
Duration : Two days. 8.30am -12.30pm. This incredible modern technique is an adaptation of ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine. Special plastic cups placed over the body’s surface to create suction (negative pressure) aided by vacuum pump. Cups are then moved using special techniques to manipulate muscles and soft tissues, joint mobilization, relaxation, and other clinical applications. where blood is drawn by vacuum from a small skin incision for therapeutic purposes. The practice has Greek and Persian origin and is mentioned by Hippocrates. wet cupping is also mentioned in the Islamic Hadith and is a popular practice for Sunnah among millions world wide.
