Have you heard of ā€œseed cycling?ā€
It’s something I’m on personally and it’s an affordable and truly effective support for the me**es cycle. From period regulation, flow control, cramping, fertility and many more benefits. It’s a great source of fibre as well.
Currently in my forties I’m experiencing perimenopausal symptoms and these little fine tuned diet changes have made a huge difference for me and I’m sure for you as well.
I’ve ground mine and add a tablespoon to my breakfast or pop in in my mouth and just chew them slowly. Simple, effective.

Let’s talk about what happens if you eat soaked raisins and it’s water every morning.

Method: Soak a FEW raisins in a small cup/glass of water overnight.
