Dear Kreolin Naidoo and the North Coast Funeral Services Team,

I, on behalf of my sister and brother, am writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided by you and your team during a very difficult time for our family.

Our uncle, Mr. Jagathesan Govindasami, tragically passed away on October 1, 2025. As he was widowed and childless, my brother, sister, and I were the next of kin responsible for managing his funeral arrangements and ensuring his body was released for the burial.
We truly commend the mortuary staff for their diligence in following proper protocols, especially given the uncertainty surrounding the relationship due to differing surnames. Throughout this process, Kreolin demonstrated a level of professionalism and compassion that went above and beyond. From our initial phone call with Kreolin, he and his mother approached the situation with great respect, empathy, and professionalism. His prompt responses to every call and message provided the reassurance we needed during this tragic period. He constantly liaised with my sister, offering her comfort, support, and updates about the release of my uncle’s body.
After arriving in Durban on October 9, we were met by the Mortuary Manager, who verified our documentation and facilitated the release. Kreolin continued to be a steadfast support throughout this entire day, assisting us with the necessary paperwork and directing us to the Mosque, where we could hand over my uncle’s body to the Moulana for the continuation of Islamic rituals.

Kreolin, your understanding of our grief and the remote assistance you provided was invaluable. You offered the kind of support that one would normally expect from family. You honoured your commitment with sincerity and professionalism. We are deeply thankful for your efforts, and we will wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone seeking a dignified and respectful funeral service.

We came across a powerful visual that stuck with me: Two meals, made with the exact same ingredients.

One burnt after an hour at 900°F, the other perfectly cooked after three hours at 300°F.
Same starting point, completely different outcome.

He replied it's been 13 years today since you undertook my Dad's farewell and I just want to thank you ❤️. This is testerment to the imprint you make in a person's life!
